Pricing & Fees
One fee, shown before you publish.
Tixwi has no setup fee, no monthly subscription and no charge for using features. You are charged on paid transactions, and free events are free up to 75 registrations. Everything on this page is read live from the same fee configuration that Create Event and checkout use.

Paid tickets
Loading current rates…
At checkout buyers see the “Ticket Fee” and “Payment Processing” listed separately, and Tixwi keeps them separate internally for accounting. The fixed processing charge applies once per order, which is why a five-ticket order is not five times the single-ticket fee.
Option 1
Pass fees to buyers
The buyer pays the Ticket Fee on top of your ticket price. You receive the full face value of every ticket. This is the default.
Option 2
Absorb the fees
The buyer pays exactly your listed price and the fee comes out of your proceeds. Absorbing never removes a fee — it moves who pays it.
Fee calculator
This calculator calls the Tixwi fee engine directly — the same code that prices checkout — so it can't drift from what your buyers actually pay.
Calculating…
Events with several ticket types
An event can have up to six ticket types at different prices, so there is no single “the fee” for the event. Because part of the fee is a percentage, a $75 VIP ticket carries a larger fee than a $10 kids ticket. The Create Event page prices every ticket type separately using this same engine, so you always see the real numbers per ticket before you publish.

US$ 15.00 once
This is an organizer platform fee, charged once per event — not a ticket fee, and never charged to your guests. It is a single flat fee no matter how far above 75 your capacity goes. If you raise capacity above 75 after publishing, the fee becomes due; lowering it back before payment removes the requirement. Paid add-ons, parking or merch sold at a free event carry their normal transaction fees.
High volume, festivals and season passes
Large festivals, sports seasons, venue groups and multi-event promoters can be assigned a custom fee plan on their organization or on individual events. Custom plans use the same engine, so your dashboard, fee previews and checkout stay consistent.
